Log into google app

Google nest asking me to log into google app in all my google nests...i have done this but keeps saying it

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest speaker. Can you please tell me what type of speakers are you using? Also, are you using a regular gmail account to link in your speakers?

I'd love to know more info so we can move forward with the next steps.
