Thank you for your message. It's never great to have something not working. I would be more than happy to help! First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.
  • Which Google Nest device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number).
  • When you say 'plug', are you talking about the charger that you plug into the device?
  • How is the plug not working? Is the device not powering on?
  • Have you tried to plug it into different outlets?
  • Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps to the device itself or the plug? If so, what have you tried?

@Storm119 - Could you please tell me some details of what's happening with your Google Nest speaker? Are you using its original power cable? Also, have you tried plugging it on different wall outlets? I'd love to know more so we can start some steps that might help resolving this.
