Nest Hub Gen 2 no code only get black screen

I recently purchased this device, which I switch it on it loads with the google logo then I get a black screen.

No way to access code or qr for set up

I'm sorry you're running into this situation with your Nest Hub 2Gen. I understand how frustrating it can be when your Nest device isn't working as expected.

 

Try the troubleshooting steps here:

 

  • Confirm that the device is powered on (turn on the privacy switch to check if the light comes on, or ask a question and check if the assistant responds).
  • Confirm the brightness offset in the Google Home App isn't set too low.
  • Reboot the device.
  • Factory reset the device.

Tried all these and still no progress 😞 

The supplier is picking it up today and will issue a new one if they can't get it to work. Appreciate your response, have a Mc Lovely Day sweet human!
