I’m in australia and just bought a nest hub max only to find out the app launcher is missing. I can’t find anywhere about any geo restrictions on this feature.
if I swipe up I only get the settings bar with brightness/volume etc
Any advice would be great

The form keeps failing to submit asking me to refresh page. I have tried different devices and browsers but it still won’t submit.

Thanks for your help, I got onto someone in the support chat and they said it isn’t a feature in Australia which is very disappointing considering it was the main reason I got the max.
