Nest audio stuck on two dots. Can't factory reset.

Today my Nest Audio became unresponsive. It shows two dots lit up solid (not blinking). It is plugged directly into the wall. Unplugging it, waiting, and plugging it back in and waiting does not change things. I tried to factory reset it but it was unresponsive. Thank you for your help!

Hi @sarahrah

Can you try another outlet and see if those two lights go away? Are you using the cord that came with the device?

Here is another thread with some possible troubleshooting on this issue:  Nest mini on stuck with 2 light dots - Google Nest Community

Hope that helps!

Hi! Weirdly, I tried the unplug, wait, plug in, wait sequence again a few hours later and it became responsive again. No other changes. Outlet seems ok and I was using the original cord. Thanks for your help! Seems to be working now but I think I'll perform a factory reset while I can just in case.

Interesting. Hoping that was a good fix but let us know if you run into that same issue again.
