Radio and music not playing when prompted

When prompting hey google play music on Kiss FM or Sirus XM for example google says "I looked for that but it either isn't available or cant be played right now." The ihome device plays music when pairing to the device.

I have tried restarting my phone and unplugging the ihome device. I have confirmed that the device has been updated and that we are both on the same Wifi network.

I have enjoyed asking google to play my favorite stations/music in general versus having to pair my phone to listen to it. Would love some help on how to fix this. I have tried everything and it was working perfectly fine just weeks ago.

We understand that your issue is isolated to your iHome device. Please note that we have very limited support for third-party speakers with a built-in Google Assistant. It is best to report this to iHome support for better assistance. The integration of Google Assistant into third-party devices like your iHome speaker is different from that of Google Home or Nest speakers.
