Reminders not working. Google Nest Mini 2nd generation doesn't let me know when I have a reminder.

I can schedule via voice command, the reminder is saved in the calendar but on the day and time of the event,  Google Nest Mini 2nd generation doesn't warn. It doesn't even generate a beep. Only notifies me on the phone.

I'm new to the Nest Mini 2nd Gen but I think that's how it's supposed to work, putting notifications on your phone at the time of the reminder.

You can ask the Nest Mini if you have any reminders and it will announce what the current reminders are.

I can confirm that on both my old Google Home and newer Nest Mini 2nd Gen that if you 'speak' the reminder request directly to the individual speaker, the notification for that reminder will ONLY appear as a phone notification.
