Setup a radio alarm on nest hub in australia

I cannot setup a radio alarm in Australia using Tune in.  Is it possible.  Disappointing if it is not since the mini certainly works

According to the Nest help center media alarms are only available in the US. Changing the device language to English US can sometimes help with activating features not available for some countries.

This is true. I live in Austria and setting a radio alarm is not available. If I set the first language to English US, it is possible to set a radio alarm. But this generates another problem. When the first language is English US and the second Language is German, Google Assistant does no longer understand German properly. When I say "Stelle einen Wecker um 7 Uhr" the response is "I do not understand this".  It looks like the multi language feature is not yet working as it should. This is not specific to Assistant running on a nest hub. The same problem is true for an iphone.

@cshaw, hope the infor provided by @Cathal_S answered your question. That workaround could work but doesn't guarantee that it will work flawlessly since the feature is only available in US.

@Donatus, thanks also for sharing your insights. With regards to setting a second language, I would also recommend to try switching German as the primary language and English as the secondary to see if that would make any changes.
