Hi,
I recently engaged with Google support as I couldn’t enabled sleep sensing in my Nest Hub Gen 2.
after a lot of back and forth, I was told that as I already had sensing setup in another room, it’s not possible! What? You can only have 1 room - yes! As most family homes have 2-4 rooms and 2-4 occupants, this seems like a massive drawback.
its not obvious in any materials that this is a restriction and this was my main reason I bought Hubs for the bedrooms.
The advise given was to setup another home under another account and operate this bedroom separately but then this creates additional problems
hopefully Google are working on a better solution for this or someone in the community can give me better advice on this!
cheers

We don't use Sleep Sensing, but I found this:
"Nest Hub (2nd gen)’s Sleep Sensing feature is only able to track a single person’s sleep and does not currently support multiple users."
