Speaker doesnt go on

I bought 2 speakers and one of the speakers doesnt go on. Ive tried to change speakers cabels to be sure it doenst go on. 

 

Unfortunately i cannot get it back on. Can anyone help me?

Hey Syossion,

 

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with the speaker, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

 

Plug your Nest Audio on a different wall outlet and make sure it's not connected to a surge protector to rule out all other hardware.

Discharge your Nest Audio:

 

  1. Unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the speaker or display.
  2. Leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
  3. Plug the power adapter into the speaker or display.
  4. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet that works.
  5. Check if any LED lights would appear on the back of the speaker or display.

If you have other Nest Audio, use the power adapter from the one that currently works.

I have tried the steps above before sending this message. I just tried it again to be sure.

But unfortunately it didnt work.
