Speakers wont autoplay in groups

Hello,

For a long time 2 speakers are in a group and talking to either of them resulted in playing on both of them. Recently that doesnt work anymore. A colleague of mine had similar issues.

Tried;

- New group

- factory reset on speakers

- reset settings

Please help

Thanks for sharing your experience when attempting to play music using the speaker group feature. I appreciate the effort you made trying to fix the issue. Can you tell me what speaker model you have? 
 
I also suggest you attempt these troubleshooting steps below: 
 

• Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
• Check for software updates on your phone.
• Create again a new Speaker group with a different name.
