Unable to open YouTube app on Display

PlasticRebel

Hello, recently we've been unable to open the YouTube app on our Google Nest Hub Max. Up until about a week or two ago.

Every time I say "Open YouTube" or "Open Netflix" or swipe up and click those applications, it says "Sorry, I don't know where to play the video, please tell me the exact name of the screen."

Even if I say "Open YouTube on Living Room Display" same message back "Sorry, I don't know where to play the video, please tell me the exact name of the screen."

I have factory reset the device, switched to a different wifi, unplugged and plugged back in, and even removed the device from Google Home and re-added it.

How do I resolve this issue?

Fuchsia Version: 8.20220713.2.194059

Software Version: 49.57.36.477782712

Chromecast firmware version: 1.63.324740

Thank you.
