What's the email address for support ?

Is there any way to contact google nest support by email ?  

I'm really not a fan of Facebook and I don't have a Twitter account.  Why can't we contact Google service using gmail !?

You can contact Google Nest support by phone or chat as well. They don't offer an email support service.

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
2. Select the product you're experiencing an issue with.
3. Enter a brief summary of the issue and click Next.
4. Choose Other and click Next step.
5. Click Next step.
6. You should see the option to get a call, call support or chat with support.

If you read my question correctly you'll see that I was already alware of the possible solutions but when we are in the off-office hours the only available solutions are  facebook and twitter!  Two services that are not in the Alphabet Inc family!   It's really weird that we cannot use an email to contact the support of a Google service. 

Would we also need to use facebook to have support on gmail ?

A = No not until you have contacted support through the methods listed above. You may then have email communication once a support ticket has been raised.
