Nest hub 2gen keeping updating and restarting

Hi dear my nest hub display keeps updating and restarting over and over after I reset it to factory settings..i do change plugged it to other one .. reset it again to factory settings but still updating and restarting can u help please?

Default speaker group not used

The voice command for the speaker group no longer automatically uses the default speaker group now. You must explicitly name the speaker group in the voice command from now on.Can this be solved too?
