Hand gestures have stopped working on Nest Hub Max

I have been using the "stop" hand gesture to stop media playback on my Nest Hub max for quite a while, but in the last few weeks it has stopped working. I have not made any changes to the config.Any ideas for how I can diagnose/fix this?

Not responding to voice commands
