google home hub screen is black as if a giant pop up is open, it is still voice operable.

My google home hub screen is black, I can see very tiny vertical screen at the edges. It looks like in the center as if a giant pop up is open,  it is still voice operable, have restarted multiple times that didn't help. Does anyone knows how to fix this issue.

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with your Google Nest displays. Has anyone here already tried to perform a complete reset to their devices? Let's try that first and see if this would make any changes.
