google mini keeps disconnecting from bluetooth

google home mini second generation  keeps disconnecting from bluetooth when im connecting it thru my iphone from the day i bought it.

Sorry to hear about this connection with your Google Mini speaker. Performing a factory reset might help solve the problem. Here are the steps:

1. Remove the device from the Google Home App.
2. On the bottom of Home Mini, press and hold the factory reset button located below the power cord. (Look for a circle etched into the base.)
3. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. 
4. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.
5. Re-add it to the Google Home App.
