moultiple homes, with some linked services that control both homes

I have two homes, completely dominated by Google Home, which have some linked services in common.

For example, I have a Lutron Caseta hub in each house.  In the past, in order to create firewall between each house, I had two Gmail accounts, one for house A and one for house B.  In house A, I would instruct the hub to log into the Luton Caseta service with one account, and the other with the other.  That way there was no risk of "command leak", which would sometimes result in the voice command being sent to the wrong house.

Since then I have done more reading, and am now trying to clean up my setup so adding/modifying things will be easier in the future.  I've learned that I *don't* need to set up multiple gmail accounts, that everything can coexist within the context of a single gmail account.  But then... that means I can't log into it from each house individually. That is, if I connect house A to it, I can't then connect with house B to a different caseta account.

What is the best recommended practice for a service such as Caseta to be simultaneously logged in from multiple home locations?  There are about 3-5 other services that I have in common in both houses, so the most general how-to wins 🙂

Thanks

Juan

Hi juanolator

We appreciate the details you've shared and it's good to know that you're maximizing the use of your Google Nest speakers ecosystem. You've pretty much know how to set up your devices on your own preferences.

Regarding your Caseta devices, I would recommend contacting Caseta support and check with them if there are any settings from their end to simultaneously logged in from multiple home locations.
