Built in CHROMECAST

I bought a SONY BRAVIA smart tv, with built in CHROMECAST last week. When I try to cast my IPTV from my new IPAD, it does cast, but closes after app 5 seconds. Can anyone help?

Thanks for reaching out. Please reboot your TV with built-in Chromecast and your iPad. Clearing the cache and data of the IPTV app and reinstalling it might also help.

If the issue is isolated with the IPTV app, please reach out to the app manufacturer.
