I just accepted the latest system update (Android TV QTS1.220504.008.8726984), the system restarted and ALL my apps have disappeared. I restarted a second time - still the same.
I disconnected power, waited a while and rebooted again.
Yes all apps, both store apps and sideloaded apps all gone. It hasn’t done a factory reset because my system settings are still as I set them, developer options are still enabled and the default storage location is still set as external storage …. but no apps - not even Netflix, Disney etc which are normally loaded as standard.
Any ideas?

Hey there Release,
I'm sorry to hear that your apps are not appearing! I can imagine this issue has been quite the headache for you, so I'd be happy to help you out. Now, when you go into Settings > Apps > See all apps, are there any apps appearing? Or, if you go into Settings > System > Storage > Internal shared storage, does it show your apps taking any storage at all? That way, we can see if the apps are there in storage, and just not working, or if the apps are entirely gone.
I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran
