Can’t connect Google tv

I recently moved house and lost my remote for Google tv 

as I’m not connected to WiFi on the tv since I never had the remote when I moved

 I’m not sure what device I have

To be able to change the Wi-Fi network, you'll need to factory reset the device:

Setting it up again requires a Chromecast voice remote. Replacements are available on the Google Store:
