Cannot Install Youtube in Chromecast

Hi, I have 3 units of chromecast. All newly bought. For one, i cannot install Youtube app. Says not available in your country. You Tube is Available in Fiji. I have restored it to factory settings again and it says the same. Can you assist what is the next step of settings i should be checking.  Its not a country issue as we have Youtube in our Phones/ Apple TV etc etc.

Thanks for reaching out. Chromecast devices aren't officially supported in Fiji. You may still be able to set it up since it's a plug and play device, but some features might not work. 

However, please try to change the language on your phone to English (US) then factory reset your Chromecast with Google TV (HD). Using a different Google Account or creating a new account and use it to set up your Chromecast device might also help.
