Yesterday I purchased Chromecast 4.0 4K and I've been trying to get it to work ever since. I start setup on my TV, connect remote, choose language... and can't do anything more. The QR code (nor number) doesn't appear, chromecast restarts and wants to connect remote (no language choosing this time) and when it's succesful it restarts... and same story repeats.
I installed app on my phone, it sees chromecast (if it's not restarting at the moment) and when I try to connect it needs QR or number, which doesn't show on TV screen.
Checked power supply, cable connection, everything is fine.

Quick question: what's the LED status on your Chromecast with Google TV (4K)? Please unplug your device and plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV. Plugging it in on a different TV screen might also help. You can also check this support website article to see the detailed information on how to set up your device.
