My chrome was set up to a network that I recently disconnected. I have a new wifi network that I am trying to connect my chrome to. When I turn on my TV, and selxt the HDMI that the chrome is connected to, it gives me a 4 digit number to identify the device. I opened the home app selected the chrome device entered the new wifi info and continued through the prompts. Once it gets to the end, it says the device has been used by another user, reset it. I am the user! I reset the device but I still keep getting the same message. My TV keeps defaulting to a screen that shows the device ID. Please help!
