Purchased two units 3 months ago. Yesterday one (den) stopped working, wont turn off/on, move buttons, volume nothing. Changed batteries, tried all suggested restarts, nothing. Moved the other working unit to this TV it works fine.
Went thru process w Nest advisor chat - no resolution.
Appears to have died. Will Google replace?

When you say it stopped working, did you mean it doesn’t work at all? Like it doesn’t even power on anymore? Is the LED indicator not showing any light at all? Try to troubleshoot power-related issues, like switching to a different power source or cord. If it’s power, then this is mostly hardware-related now.
