I've had the Chromecase since December 2022 with no issues. For each least the last month/6weeks, this issue has started. At a random point, the screen goes black (so images stop) but the sound continues. I have to turn the TV/Chromecast off then back on again however, this only fixes it temporarily and it then occurs again. For each time it happens and I turn the TV off and on again, the issue occurs again sooner then the last time. I hope this makes sense.
I've tried unplugging the Chromecast and plugging back in again but this doesn't fix it. There's no outstanding updates for either the Chromecast or the TV. I'm at a loss, it's so infuriating and I have no idea how to fix it.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hi Imjenthompson,
That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s get this sorted out. Try to plug the Chromecast with Google TV (4K) device to a different HDMI port, or if you have another TV. If the issue persists, factory reset your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) device and set it up. Let me know how it goes.
