I have a Chromecast with Google TV which I got when it was first released in 2020, and I have it connected to a Samsung TV UN46F6300.
Just in the past week or so, I noticed that the Chromecast is no longer appearing as a CEC device according to my TV, despite not having changed anything with the Chromecast or TV. The issue appears to be on the Chromecast side, as the Chromecast settings confirms that CEC is enabled, but it does not appear in the TV's Anynet+ device list (See the attached picture).
The biggest symptom is that turning on or off the Chromecast, either via the Chromecast remote or via Google Assistant, no longer turns on or off the television.
I have the latest software and firmware for both the chromecast and my tv, and I've restarted both multiple times.
Chromecast -> Settings -> System
Model: Chromecast
Android TV OS version: 12
Android TV OS security patch level: October 1, 2022
Kernel version: 4.9.269 #1 Tue Sep 20 02:04:58 UTC 2022
Android TV OS build: STTE.220920.015.A1.9261725
Samsung TV -> Support -> Software Update
Current ver.: 2230
Samsung TV -> Menu -> Support -> Contact Samsung
Model Code: UN46F6300
Software Version: T-MST12AKUC-2230.0
Chromecast settings show CEC enabled and Samsung Anynet+ does not list device

Fixed. Unplugged everything for 15min, and it all worked when I plugged it back in. Both restarting and unplugging for 1min didn't work, but 15min did.
