Chromecast unavailable won't respond to voice commands when tv has been off overnight

Almost every morning when I tell the Google home mini to turn on the TV it says it's unavailable but as soon as I press a button on the remote the TV turns on and voice commands work on the Google home Mini I've factory reset my device I've updated my TV and I've restarted the Chromecast multiple times. If I turn the TV off and wait 5 minutes it works just fine turns the TV on and everything seems like it's only when the TV is off for a long period of time

I'm sorry to hear that your Google Home Mini is having issues powering up the Chromecast! I can imagine this has been a headache for you, so I'd be happy to help out. The first thing that comes to mind is the HDMI-CEC controls on the TV. Does your TV have any kind of power-saving mode that may be affecting the HDMI from turning on the TV? Also, when the TV is turned off, are you able to cast from the Google Home app to turn on the TV?
