Hi, i have a new Chromecast With Google TV 4k, and can't install apps, when trying it shows pending... then after a long time a message that it can not be installed, I've tried to restart, restore to factory configuration, and nothing seems to work, please what chan I do.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Please reboot your Wi-Fi router and plug in the Chromecast with Google TV (4K) on a different HDMI port on your TV. You can also try to connect your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) to a mobile hotspot so we can isolate the issue.
