Hi,
I have been using the device for about 6 months and it was perfectly OK. However about a week ago the sound started to distort and now it is not enjoyable at all.
The setup is the same as before, I am using the device attached to a 25W wall plug connected to a USB-c hub with a memory stick.
Restarting the device will only solve the problem temporarily as I have tried it a number of times with the same result of the issue coming back after a couple of minutes of normal working.
Also tried to disconnect the hub and power the device directly but it is the same.
Any suggestions please?

Hi JK74,
Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. If restarting your Chromecast doesn't resolve the issue, please try to plug the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV. Trying on a different TV screen (If possible) and resetting your Chromecast might also help.
