Chromecast with Google TV 4k which USB splitter will work?

Are you trying to connect another USB device to it or do something like connect ethernet? Google already offers an ethernet adapter https://store.google.com/us/product/chromecast_ethernet_adapter_gen_2?pli=1&hl=en-US

If it is just to connect another USB device, I don't think there is a recommended one but there are a lot of USB C hubs articles about the Chromecast with Google TV.

USB an adapter which supports USB-C power charging 

Put the USB-C power charging cable into the USB-C port and connect the USB-C cable from the hub into the Chromecast.

Now the Chromecast gets power and you have USB and LAN connection.
