Unfortunate events, phone dead, changed phone, wifi dead changed router, Chromecast now trying to reconnect to old network? No way of going back, with the old router, Phone gone. Anyway to hard reset everything as in first setup?

Factory Reset your Chromecast device using the button on the Chromecast

Then, install the Google Home app on your new phone and do the setup steps again.
