A few questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? How far is your Chromecast from the Wi-Fi router? What's the LED light status in your Chromecast? What message are you getting when connecting your Chromecast to the Wi-Fi network? Please make sure your Chromecast device is within 15 to 20 feet of the setup device and the Wi-Fi router. Rebooting your Wi-Fi router and Chromecast might also help.
