Have someone know a fix for this "Error Code 83" problem yet, on Disney+ and Star+? I was never able to get any of my 2 Chromecast with Google TV to work until now. I have tried literally everything possible and even Disney+ Help Center doesn't know how to fix it.
In fact, Disney get to solve the problem momentarily by inserting my current IP into my account (in their system), but if I turn off the Chromecast, when I turn it back on, it no longer works again. This is clearly an issue with Chromecast (or with Android TV 12), because Disney+ app works fine on other Android TV devices like my 3 Sony TVs with Android TV versions 8 and 9.

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to resolve those errors? If not, I'd be happy to help you out, as it sounds like this has been quite the headache for you. First, make sure that your Chromecast is up-to-date on its firmware. Then, clear out the cached app data on both the Disney+ and Star+ apps. Finally, if that doesn't work, go ahead and uninstall and reinstall both of those apps.
