Hello,
I have a Samsung UE55tu7020kxxu TV, a Sierra Plus Dolby Atmos Soundbar with Subwoofer and a Google Chromecast 3rd Generation.
I have connected tried connecting my Chromecast directly to my TV as well as connecting it to my soundbar. I have my TV and my soundbar connected over the ARC HDMI port.
When I start playing new Dolby Atmos content on Netflix, for example, I see a message on the soundbar:
Dolby Surround
However, I do not see the message I am expecting, which is:
Dolby Atmos
I have tried Disney+, Amazon Prime and Apple Music but am seeing the same issue.
Does anybody know what the problem might be?

answering my own question:
managed to get it working (in Disney+) by connecting the Chromecast into HDM1 on the soundbar- now showing:
