Google tv freeze on G screen

When the device is turned on, it stops at the Google logo and remains in this state. I tried to do a factory reset by pressing the back button, but the device does not respond and remains in its status as it is without change.

I have the same issue. Lots of users having this after the android 12 update.

did you manage to fix it?

Were you both experiencing this G screen issue still? If so, and a factory reset doesn't help, you'll want to speak with Chromecast Support. If you need to speak with support, go ahead and fill out this form, and let me know when you do so.

I have RMA done. The faulty Chromecast has been shipped. I can't submit any test messages anymore.
