My system is setup like this: Philips TV >> Yamaha Receiver >> Chromcast
I have configured the remote to use IR to control my Philips TV.
But sometimes (escpcially when using home button om Chromcast) the receiver turns on.
I don't want the CC to switch on the reciever. But I need HDMI-CEC (TV uses that to switch HMDI input).
How do I prevent the Chromcast from sending commands to mye A/V receiver?

Hi LarsErikOsterud,
thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.
Quick question: where did you plug in your Chromecast with Google TV, is it on the TV or receiver? If it's plugged in on the receiver, please directly plug it in on the TV's HDMI port. Plugging in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on the TV might also help.
Thanks,
Jennifer

I use my receiver as a HDMI switch and also need it plugged in there to get Surround sound.
But I disabled a system app called "tv remote" or something and that seemd to help.
HDMI SEC and all other functions seem to work on the TV still....
