Hello,
I just picked up the new Chromecast with Google TV in order to stream my front door Nest Doorbell camera to my television in my windowless basement home office. It worked great for a couple of days, but now the camera feed times out after a few minutes... I want to be able to keep the feed up all day while I'm at work so I can see when people come to my door to deliver packages etc. Is this working as intended? Or is it a bug?

Rebooting the router is actually what fixed it I think. All good now.

Thanks for reaching out. Please try to reboot your Chromecast with Google TV, Nest Doorbell, and Wi-Fi router. Resetting your Chromecast might also help.
