New Chromecast missing equalizer

I have a gem 3 Chromecast.

I am using it to stream YouTube music to a receiver to two speakers.

When I go into settings audio it is missing the equalizer.

Anyone know why?

Hi there,

I don't think this feature is available for Chromecast devices apart from the Chromecast with Google TV or the Chromecast audio and Google Home/Nest speakers or displays. It's not an option on the Chromecast ultras that I own.
