Hi,
I could resolve the issue yesterday by uninstalling and re-installing Google Meet. With this, I could hear all participants in the call.
Many thanks for your support.

Hello fdwagner,
Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, is the Google Meet installed in your Chromecast with Google TV or you cast it from your phone to the TV? Could you please try to disconnect your Logitech Brio webcam and cast your Google Meet to the TV, then check if the same issue will persist? For your reference, check out this support website article.

Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,
I only have an observation:
I use the same Logitech Brio 4k Stream Webcam as for MS Teams. During Teams calls, a great video is delivered but not so much during Meet calls. The picture appears blurry.
Does the Chromecast with Google TV work with 4k video streaming?

Hey there,
The Chromecast with Google TV (4K) supports resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD and high dynamic range (HDR) for superior picture quality, in up to 60 fps. However, please take note that to enjoy 4K Ultra HD and HDR pictures, you need to directly plug in the device to a 4K TV, you're casting a 4K content, and a high-speed internet connection. If 4K is unavailable, your content will still be optimized for your TV’s maximum resolution.
Thanks,
Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,
I am clear in the Specs of the Chromecast but I am rather refering to the video quality in Meet while using the Chromecast w/ TV 4k model.
When I have a video call with the computer and the webcam, the quality is great. If I use the Chromecast and the webcam, the quality is poor. I found this observation also in other chat groups.
Can you comment on this, please?
Can the Chromecast handle high resolution video calls?
Best regards
Fabian

Hello fdwagner,
I'm sorry for the late response. If one is available, you can try to use a different camera. However, to give you a heads up, since the setup that you're trying to do isn't officially supported with Chromecast with Google TV (4K), this may or may not work and the performance may still vary.
I'd suggest you send feedback about this via Google TV as we're always looking for ways to improve our products and their features.
Thanks,
Jennifer
