No existant customer service

1 cant even access my current support cases to even get help, cant find them after 2 days of no reply from support.

2 cant turn off search results talk back from assistant. No the talkback settings in accessibility does not fix this.

There is no ffalcon tv remote codes, please add

Hey there,

I'm really sorry to hear you've been running into so many issues. I know I'd be pretty annoyed if I was in your shoes as well, so I'd be happy to help out one issue at a time.

 

For the first point, did you happen to have a case number for your cases? Perhaps you may be able to find via searching your e-mail that you used.

 

Regarding the second point, to disable that TalkBack, you mentioned disabling it via the Accessibility settings didn't work for you; that is because that setting is only for the TalkBack feature, where the Assistant reads everything on the screen. At the moment, there isn't a way to disable the voice reading back search results. If this is a setting you'd like to have in the future, please submit feedback via Google TV.

 

Finally, if you do not have your brand of TV codes available, users have found success in the past by looking up TV remote codes and finding a brand with the same code, and selecting that brand. You may also set up the remote to use IR instead of HDMI-CEC as well. Please submit feedback on this via Google TV as well, if you are able to.
