Prime not working properly

Why is it only Prime channel that anything I watch stops and start’s constantly? All others seem fine.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: what Chromecast device are you using? Were you trying to cast it? Or were you trying to play the installed app on Google TV? What steps have you taken?

 

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

 

  • Reboot your Chromecast and Wi-Fi router.
  • Try to clear the cache and reinstall the app.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • If it persists, try a factory reset, then re-setup.
