When are things going to improve

When are google going to finally take onboard how rubbish the chromecast with Google tv software and performance really is on both devices it seems. 
mom so sick of my HD device the constant remote control issues the slow at points moving from one section to another on screen and the ever annoying pathetic buffering issues with streaming apps ie amazon prime. Before someone from the so called Google  team say the bulk standard blame game of contact Amazon we all know it’s the rubbish system software I’m fed up with no one from Google customer services or development team taking onboard how rubbish the performance of these devices are and it’s one of the only major steaming device companies to have minimal system software updates and improvements. Get your act finally together Google and admit your current software is worse than appalling hurry up and release some system and software updates and improvements worst streaming device company I have ever seen always half arsed attempts at things and no investment made in this service UK customers are treating appallingly
