I have never experienced such a poorly put together offering than this dire google tv chromecast the operating system is unreliable glitchy at best and slow. For us uk customers it still offers very little and despite many of us doing Google’s job and contacting major uk tv players such as channel 4 we are still no further forward as the UK arm of google is a complete joke with no interest in us as uk customers.
we are months into this issue with Prime video app either buffering all the time or crashing which appears to be getting worse each week and google have not cared or actively worked with the third party to get this sorted I really believe it’s due to this system being so poorly put together and maintained that’s the issue not the app it’s self as other apps are become the same on there. I would finally love someone from much higher up in this google team to finally read all our issues and messages and finally get there act together and fast track major changes I would be thoroughly embarrassed if I was google for how they are delivering this rubbish steaming device

What is the distance between your Chromecast and Wi-Fi router? Also, what steps have you tried so far? Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:
