Where have my profiles gone?!

A couple of months ago I was so happy! I had my profile, my wife could have one, and my daughter had one...

Now... Back to just mine. Where have they gone and why does it seem like I can't get them back 😔

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. Please make sure the Chromecast is updated and reboot it. Also, please reset your Chromecast and try to add back the other profiles.
