someone is using my prime video on a private IPN to access chromecast... help??

so someone has been accessing my prime video through chrome cast, from a private IPN, and I cant figure out how to kick them off or how they evenr have access to this. I'm worried they will soon have access to my private information and financial information... help?!?

I also dont know the gen as it is not mine of have a clue how they obtained entry in the first place

I apologize about the late response on this, thank you for being patient! Were you able to figure out how to fix this issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I imagine it's a pretty spooky scenario. Now, for them to access your Chromecast, they would need to be on the same network as the Chromecast. Go ahead and change your Wi-Fi password ASAP. I would also change the password on your Prime Video, as if they are using it, they would have that password as well.
