After less a year of having the 3rd Gen. Nest, it has decided not to
charge properly. The battery is 3.671 V, the Voc is 8.34 V, the Vin is
8.34 V and the lin is 20mA (a). Any suggestions on why/what to do to

I contacted the company that installed our HVAC system and they had
failed to connect the C wire, I believe, but they came and connected it
and our Nest works great! Thanks! Lana B
