Chromecast set up issues. No coe on TV.

I have moved my chromecast to another TV. It won't complete set up. I get as far as showing the TV code on my phone but it wont show the same or any code my TV. So I guess the chromecast is not connecting to my TV. I have chromecast plugged into HDMI...
