contacted a shop in my country that sold the nest secure, and they could
provide me with a new cable, luckily.
I am also in need of a new cable, however I reside in the Netherlands
(I've imported the Nest Secure several years ago). If anyone knows this
works, that would be greatly appreciated since customer service through
the chat was only able to ship a rep...
