Any updates on this? I'm still having the issue. I have contacted Google
support but they also do not have an update yet. I've been stuck with 50
megabit down (I have 900megabit connection) for almost 3 weeks now.
That's a shame. I was quite impressed by the range of tests they asked
me to do before raising a ticket to their technical engineers. Prefer

Just opened a ticket. The response is "Our Senior tech specialist will
reply within 24-48 hrs or sooner via email.". We'll see how it
progresses and I'll update as I go.
